1/7/2019 Union County –Through EnviroPerks (a VERDE service), residents who are Waste Connections of the Carolinas residential recycling customers are now eligible to get rewarded for their recycling efforts at home. Each time they recycle they’ll earn points that they can use to get discounts from businesses that participate in the program—the vast majority of which are local businesses that residents know and trust.
This is a true win, win, win for all. Residents get rewards for recycling (saving them up to $25 per month), businesses get increased exposure in their community (which helps drive increases in foot traffic and sales), and Waste Connections of the Carolinas wins by offering the enhanced experience of a value-added benefit to their loyal customers as well as local market support that is unmatched in the industry.

Recycling customers are in for a treat when they activate their EnviroPerks account: every new member receives 100 points. The promo code NEWPERKS19 will get residents 500 additional points as a gift from EnviroPerks for participating in the previous recycling rewards program. By recycling regularly, they’ll have the opportunity to save up to $25 per month in discounts.
Here’s how it works:
• Waste Connections of the Carolinas residential customers can activate their free account at www.EnviroPerks.com. It takes less than two minutes. They add their household address, identifying their recycling location. Members can also add household members to the account in order to share the common earned points.
• Each collection day when their recycling cart is emptied, the associated EnviroPerks account is awarded 50 points (within that same recycling cycle).
• Recyclers will be able to log in 24/7 to www.EnviroPerks.com and trade in earned points for discounts from local businesses. The website www.EnviroPerks.com is accessible from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Users who do not have access to any of these options/devices can access the program by calling 855-813-2154.

EnviroPerks and Waste Connections of the Carolinas are proud to offer residents awesome rewards for the launch, and will continue to add new rewards monthly.
