- What is Loyalty+? Loyalty+ is an added benefit provided to you by your waste hauler or city. This program grants you access to cash back and lifestyle rewards that complement our current local rewards, green perks and can save you up to $5,000 per year.
- How do I get help if I have an issue with the Loyalty+ program? If you have any issues with the Loyalty+ program, you can email customercare@benefithub.com or call 866-664-4621 Monday-Friday 8:30am-8:30pm EST.
- Click on the “Sign-Up” button on the home page to register for a free account. Registration takes less than 2 minutes.
- Registered accounts may have several members as a way to share earned points.
- Confirmed accounts are connected to addresses based on geo-spacing information or otherwise identified as having service provided by an eligible hauler. If you move, simply go online and update your account with your new address.
- Each week, or bi-weekly, depending on your service area, your registered and eligible account will automatically receive points. Users may earn points based on environmental actions and program engagement within the community or organization.
- Eligible actions include, but are not limited to: Curbside collection, during eligible events at local environmental drop off facilities, other green actions.
- Users may log in anytime, 24/7 to redeem points for discounts from local and onlines businesses.

PICK UP AND EARNING POINTS
EnviroPerks is a customer loyalty program available through participating waste and recycling service providers in the cities and residential service areas listed here.
Users earn points based on participation in environmental actions and waste and/or recycling pickup in eligible service areas.
If you live in a service area that uses GPS technology and agrees to share pick-up data with us, when the hauler picks up at your service address (your home) the hauler will send the GPS coordinates of the pick-up to EnviroPerks. EnviroPerks will then credit the account linked to those GPS coordinates with points. You may live in a service area that utilizes a device accessible to the truck driver who tracks program participation by clicking on your address if your container was picked up; your customer number and address are then sent to our system and the associated account will be credited for points. That’s why it’s important for you to add your pick-up address to your account
If your address gets rejected by the website, please contact our customer service team via contact us so they may help update your account.
ADDITIONAL POINTS, PROMO CODES AND REFERRALS
Promo codes are codes provided by EnviroPerks. You can enter these codes and receive extra points. Normally, you can find special promo codes on EnviroPerk’s Facebook page. You might also find them on our website, on our printed materials, and at local events that we attend.
If you have a promo code, login or sign-up and then go to “My Account“. At the bottom of the page, you will find a section labeled “Have a promo code?”. There you can enter your promo code to receive the additional points. Please note, promo codes often have an expiration date and usually can be used only one time. Be sure to enter it soon after you see it to make sure that you don’t miss the deadline.
The link that you send to a friend’s or relative’s email address is unique to your EnviroPerks account. You forward the link to whomever you want to encourage to sign up and when they click it and sign-up, you receive points for that referral. You will only get your referral points if the friend used your link to sign-up. If something went wrong, contact us through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the EnviroPerks web page and we’ll gladly help.
AUTHORIZED USERS
One account, just like one household, can have several users/inhabitants. That’s why you can add all of the people who live or work at the same address into one account. The users can then share the points earned. Simply log in to the account, and on the “My Account” screen, toward the bottom of the page, you will find a section called “Other Authorized Users”. There you can add users to your account. Authorized Users will have to create their own login and password. Once that is complete the authorized user will be able to access the shared account and shop for and redeem rewards with the accumulated points.
REDEEMING REWARDS
There are several options for redeeming rewards. Click on the ‘REWARDS’ tab at the top of the page to be directed to the ‘SHOP REWARDS’ page. From there, you can search for a business by name or the name of a specific reward, search for rewards near you (great if you’re on a mobile device), search for rewards near your service (home) address, or filter to find just the right rewards for you. You can shop by category by selecting “click here to shop by category and city”. You’re also able to create customized searches for rewards that you want. Below you will find some tips on how to create those searches.
- Use the search bar to search for a keyword.
- Selecting All Rewards will display all of our rewards in all of our service areas.
- Near Home will show rewards closest to the address on your account.
- Near Me is best for shopping when on the go with your mobile phone. It’ll show you rewards based on your location!
- You can click on “Click here to shop by category and city” to choose a category, a specific business, or service area. Make sure to click search when you’re ready for the results.
Please make sure that you are allowing pop-ups as the reward will open in a new window or tab. If you are using Internet Explorer this may be the reason you’re not able to print the reward. We advise using Google Chrome as it works best with all the features of our site. You will also need a free download of the Adobe Reader software because the print to format is PDF.
- After adding a reward to your cart, select “Checkout” on the “My Cart” page.
- Your redeemed reward will appear under “My Perks“.
- Then select the “Print Now“, your reward will open in a new tab.
- Then select the print now.

- When you’re ready to redeem on your mobile device tap “Redeem on phone”.
- The next screen will need to be shown to the business so they can view the reward. They will then tap “Accepted by Retailer” in order for the process to be complete.

EnviroPerks works with many businesses to bring you a selection of rewards. Those businesses are given the opportunity to customize their rewards. This includes being able to set how many rewards users are allowed to redeem in total and/or per account. If you are unable to redeem any particular reward, simply look for the red alert pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen for the alert messages.
Gifting a reward is easy and it can brighten someone’s day. Follow these steps to give a gift.
- Find the reward you want to gift, add it to your cart, and select “checkout”.
- Click on Other Actions and select “Gift to someone”.
- Enter the recipient’s name and email, and then click on “Gift This Reward”.
Everyone likes to receive a gift so make sure you enter the correct email address to make sure they receive it.
Recipients of a gifted reward will need to create an account if they don’t have one yet. After the recipient has created their account, they’ll be able to view and print the reward.
PICK-UP REMINDER
To adjust your collection day reminders, first access your EnviroPerks account and follow the steps below to update your reminder:
● Click on Add/Edit pick-up Reminders
● Select the date of your next collection by clicking in the gray rectangle, the black arrow, or the calendar icon.
● Check the box of the person you want to receive the reminder and click Save.
CONTAINERS
EnviroPerks users are awarded points based on pickups or for being a customer of a participating hauler. Whether your pickup service includes waste, recycling, or both, there are no requirements for weight or amount of materials placed in carts. Eligible accounts are given 25 weekly or 50 biweekly regardless of number of containers.
PASSWORD
Select the “forgot password” option and you will then be prompted to enter your email in order to reset your password and EnviroPerks will email you a link. Please make sure links are enabled so you can click the link. Otherwise, you’ll be able to copy and paste the link directly into your browser.
If you continue to have difficulty accessing your account, please email us at info@enviroperks.com and we will reset your account and send you a manual password reset email.
MISSING POINTS?
EnviroPerks is an incentive program that rewards users for environmental actions or being an eligible customer of a participating hauler. We are not your local hauler who services or provides your waste and/or recycling collection. Please find your city for more information on missed pick-ups, damaged containers or questions regarding your billing services.
We apologize that your points were not automatically awarded. The technology carried by the hauler’s trucks lift more than 1,000 containers per day and there are times when the equipment needs a minor repair or must be replaced. If you notice that your points have not been automatically awarded to your account, please send us an email to info@enviroperks.com so we can review your account and work to resolve any issues that may exist.
We are sorry to hear that EnviroPerks is not currently servicing users in your local municipality or through your waste or recycling hauler. We are making efforts to expand into areas that are not currently being served. Please contact your local hauler to request that they make EnviroPerks available in your area. Please feel free to use any participation points you have been awarded, and stay tuned for opportunities to attend free events where you can earn points for your community enrichment participation.
