The region may be historical but their recycling efforts are 21st Century! VPPSA has partnered with TFC Recycling and EnviroPerks to provide rewards for recycling. It’s a win for residents, a win for VPPSA, and a win for the environment. Eligible communities in the VPPSA area include Williamsburg, Poquoson, James City County, and York County.
Enviroperks, The Program
VPPSA, TFC Recycling, and EnviroPerks have partnered to offer residents the opportunity to earn loyalty points for placing their recycling carts out for collection. Registered participants can earn hundreds, even thousands, of dollars in discounts each year. Participants may redeem their earned loyalty points for coupons, discounts, and special deals from businesses including restaurants, grocers, and others that residents know and love.

RECYCLING BEYOND THE CART
There are many items that can be recycled, but not in your curbside cart, like household hazardous waste. If you would like to recycle or properly dispose of batteries, electronics, and other hazardous materials, please visit the VPPSA website.
